Veterinary Surgeon | Merthyr Tydfil

We have an opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly team at a small animal practice based in Merthyr Tydfil.

The practice is equipped with a digital X-ray, a dental X-ray machine to help raise the standard of dental treatments, an ultrasound machine and an inhouse lab.

You will be a key member of the team and ideally with a good general surgical and medical background however we are open to discussing opportunities with people at the beginning of their journey.

Hours

• Full or part-time permanent position
• A good work life balance – they have blocked time off in your diary
• Currently the practice opening hours are Monday – Friday 9am till 6pm
• No OOH or overnight in patient checks

Salary and Benefits

• Salary between £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience(pro rata)
• Annual leave of 28 days including bank holidays rising to 33 days including bank holidays after 2 years’ service (pro rata)
