There has always been a strong migration between the UK, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand.  We are all English speaking countries and there are similar practice standards or education and practice.

Europe has been a large feeder of the UK vet practice for many years now, although one way into the UK. With more corporates moving into Northern Europe now there are the beginnings of opportunities arising which is an exciting development.

China, Malaysia and the middle East are also starting to open their doors to non-domicile veterinary surgeons and there are some exciting small groups who are growing. These  .  Therefore, there are some exciting roles coming through.
