We are looking for a veterinary surgeon to join our client’s team based in Derby.

You must be RCVS registered, confident in all aspects of 1st opinion work; have a clean and current driving licence; work well in a team environment as well as a one-one basis, and work well under pressure.

About The Role

  • Up to 38 hours per week across 4 days per week
  • 1:4 Saturday mornings 8:30am-1:00pm & 1:8 Sunday day shift.
  • Part time hours can be considered
  • Offering a mix of preventative; medical and surgical cases within a 1st opinion setting
  • The salary for this role is up to £63,000 negotiable depending on experience.
  • Welcome and Relocation bonus £5,000 each

About The Practice

The practice is well equipped with lab facilities, digital x-ray, ultrasound, theatre suite and three consulting rooms.

Their main hospital provides out of hours care and hospitalisation facilities. The practice is equipped with: CT scanner, MRI, Advanced Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Digital X-ray, Dental radiography, and multiple surgical suites, as well as an onsite hydrotherapy & rehabilitation centre and benefits from a multi-disciplinary specialist led referral service.
