Veterinary Surgeon – Bradford

You’ll be required to take part in all aspects of first opinion practice, from routine operations and consultations.

Our client offers a varied caseload of medicine and surgery. Their excellent facilities have enabled them to host another practice in the building and so they have all the benefits of working in a hospital with no hours after 6pm, no Saturday afternoons and no Sundays!

Additionally, our client can offer flexibility that actually works for you. A standard full time vet within the team generally works 40 hours per week but they’re more than happy to support different hours/ rotas.

About The Practice

Our client has their own hospital facilities and 5 branch surgeries. The one you will be working at is a tier 3 RCVS accredited hospital and is an ISFM gold standard cat friendly practice. Also, they are a nurse training practice.

Their experienced team, including several certificate holders in ECC, ophthalmology and 2 in surgery and many of their nurses have advanced qualifications as well, allowing them to deal with a wide variety of both medical and surgical cases in house.

The practice has dental X-rays, separate soft tissue and orthopaedic theatres, the facilities for laparoscopic spays, ultrasound and endoscopy room and even an operating microscope.
