Veterinary Nurse

Salary:

£24,000 – £27,000 per annum

Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• 1:4 weekends with a day off in lieu
• No Out of Hours (OOH)

Job Description:

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral part of the veterinary team, providing high-quality care to animals and support to the veterinarians. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with surgeries and medical procedures
• Administering medications and treatments
• Performing diagnostic tests and imaging
• Providing nursing care to inpatients
• Educating and advising pet owners on animal care
• Maintaining accurate patient records

Qualifications:

• Registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and dedicated to animal welfare
