Registered Veterinary Nurse

Location: Buckingham
Position Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full or part-time (minimum 2 days per week)

  • One in four weekends in the surgery
    • Saturday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
    • Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
      • No out-of-hours duties
      • No on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to inpatients and outpatients
• Assisting veterinarians during surgical and medical procedures
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Conducting patient assessments and reporting findings to veterinarians
• Maintaining accurate medical records
• Educating clients on proper pet care and post-treatment home care

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing excellent animal care
