Registered Veterinary Nurse | Relocation Allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly team in Brighouse.

This is a purpose-built hospital situated in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. They are specialised in Orthopaedic and Spinal conditions and have been established in the local area for over 20 years.

You will be working alongside a fantastic team of dedicated professionals who thrive to deliver outstanding care.

This position will offer a varied workload working alongside our supportive team in practice. It will provide you with the opportunity to develop and progress, use your initiative, and promote new ideas.

In this diverse and dynamic role, you’ll be an RCVS Registered Nurse with small animal practice experience, you put high standards of patient care first and can demonstrate how you’ve worked with empathy and demonstrated initiative when needed. You also understand not only your role but also the capabilities of PCA’s and student nurses and are eager to help colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.

The Rota

• This is a full-time day position working 40 hours per week over 4 days
• One 12-hour shift and three 8-hour shifts
• Weekday shifts are between the hours of 8.30 am – 8.30 pm
• Weekends are worked on a 1 in 4 basis, working 2 x 11-hour shifts

Salary and Benefits

• Salary £30,000 per annum (FTE)
• Relocation allowances should you move more than 50 miles from your current home address
• 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holiday (FTE)
• Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay
• CPD Allowance £750 plus 2 days CPD leave (FTE)
• RCVS, BVA, and VDS fees paid
