Our client is looking to recruit a permanent full or part time experienced RVN. You will  ideally work 30 or 40 hours per week (8am to 6.30pm) 3 or 4 days a week with a 1/2 an hour lunch break.  The role would include one weekend in six on call and would be from 6pm Friday night until 8.30am on Monday morning and include working in the practice from 9am until 1pm on a Saturday morning.

For the right candidate we can offer a salary of £26,000+ for 40 hours a week plus one in six weekends on call and one in six Saturday mornings, 9am until 1pm.  On call would entail being available to come into the practice should the on call vet need assistance and if called out the nurse will be paid  a call-out fee of £25.00 and £18.45 per hour (pro rata for part of an hour)  for work carried out from the end of your shift and 10.59pm and £25.00 per hour (pro rata for part of an hour) for work carried out between 11.00pm and 7.59am. Mileage for out-of-hours calls will be paid at 45 pence per mile for travel to and from the surgery. This applies to out-of-hours calls only.
