Regional Manager West London and Surrey

This independently owned client are expanding  their management team and are recruiting for a Regional Manager to further grow their South West London base.

Duties and experience:

• You will have management experience in getting the best from your veterinary teams and be open to new ideas and guidance as well as introducing your own effectives fixes to enhance the support and running of our much loved and popular branches.
• This position requires a strong work ethic and desire to put pets and standards of service and care first, which is reflected in the salary, career progression opportunities and the reward we give our teams.
• Ideally you will have come from a clinical background in a similar role however, we will consider very experienced Head Nurses or Practice Managers with a desire to organise, act quickly and achieve high.
• Areas of the role where you will be exceedingly efficient and motivated will be rota set ups, clinical meeting arrangements, knowledge and management of referrals, complaint handling (both clinical and service), positive culture, overview of both service and clinical areas of performance and delegating areas of accountability within your surgeries.
•  A big nod to customer service approach and the motivation of your support team gives you a distinct advantage in applying for this prestigious West London/Surrey position.

There are weekly meetings with their management team to review the week behind and ahead to brainstorm various areas of note such as :recruitment, retention, debt management, induction of new team members, NPS feedback, surgery maintenance and equipment, marketing etc.
