OOH Nurse 7 on 7 off – Liverpool (KH 21352)

Our client is seeking a OOH Nurse to join their team.

You will join a very busy, RCVS accredited first opinion and referral practice with a team of 20 vets and 50 nurses at the main hospital.  There are also 9 branches in the surrounding area.  They have an amazing team of nursing staff including ACA’s, SVN’s, RVN’s and Diploma holding RVN’s.

You will care for patients in both a wards and theatre setting and helping to assist with emergency situations.  Assist the vet in consults if needed.  Triage patients when required.  Assist with emergencies.  Answer the phone, deal with clients, take payments and infection control.

The ideal candidate will have amazing in-patient care skills, good anaesthesia experience and knowledge and a passion for providing emergency care to a varied case load.

Shifts will be 7 on 7 off 8pm-8am
