We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and enthusiastic vet who is comfortable with sole charge to join our client’s team in Retford.

You will be confident in dealing with OOH emergencies and critical care cases. Farm emergency procedures will include lambing, calving, caesarean, prolapse, down cow.

About The Role

  • 6pm – 8.30am Monday to Friday
  • Weekend from 12pm Saturday until 8.30am Monday.
  • This would follow a 7 on 7 off rota pattern.
  • A salary of up to £63,000 (pro rata) depending on experience
  • A welcome bonus of £5000 (pro rata) and relocation support of up to £5000

You’ll be working along side a very experienced Night RVN. The nurse will triage and call the Vet when needed.

About The Practice

They are well equipped with an ultrasound with Doppler and ECG, digital DR Xray, dental Xray, video endoscopy and full internal lab.

Their Farm services include ultrasound scanning, bull and ram fertility, pelvic scoring, lambing club, client education meetings. Our client also has VetIMPRESS tablets that provide an electronic data management system to use on farms.
