We are looking for a night nurse to join a friendly, independent practice in Ellon.
This role would be ideal for nurses who have an interest in post-surgical care as it encompasses many interesting aspects of nursing- notably analgesia, physiotherapy, fluid therapy and general husbandry. Additional training for this varied surgical caseload will be provided where required.
Even though night nurses spend part of their time working alone, they are very much part of the team and are hugely appreciated by every member of the team and the owners of the pets they are caring for.
This is a new role that’s being created so at the moment rota patterns are can be in your hands, whether you want to work 7 nights on 14 nights off. 5 nights on 10 nights off, 4 nights on 8 nights off, 7 nights on 7 nights off, or a completely different pattern. Salary will be determined by shift pattern.
This independent practice strives to constantly offer the best care possible and ongoing CPD along with studies for further qualifications will be encouraged and supported.
