Locum Vet Surgeon- Charity Hospital

Our client are exploring the options of a locum Veterinary Surgeon to join the team as a locum covering face to face consults and emergency surgeries at the PDSA Southampton Pet hospital.

The ideal candidate would need to be experienced in consulting and abdominal surgeries and able to work in a busy, fast pace environment.

Please note, they are unable to offer support for new graduates or inexperienced candidates. The majority of the role will be mostly consulting, however operating shifts will be available as long as the candidate is experienced.

This is a great opportunity to utilise your skills as a vet while giving something back to the community providing free care to those who can’t afford to pay.

There is no accommodation available unfortunately.

• Working hours are usually 9am to 6pm
• Monday to Friday
• No on call
• No weekends
