Locum RVN South East London

We have regular part time locum work at this lovely independent practice in South East London:

June- 17/19/21/28/29
July 5,6,8,9,12,13,15,16

• Weekdays 9-7pm
• Saturday  9 if possible!- 9-12pm
• No on call

This is a stylish and upmarket practice headed up by an RCVS Cert holder with the emphasis on the highest veterinary care and the intention to work cases up fully. The practice has all the toys..

Interested?

Responsibilities:
– Assist veterinarians in examinations, surgeries, and treatments
– Monitor and record vital signs of animals during procedures
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the vets
– Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery progress
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment areas
– Educate pet owners on proper animal care and treatment plans

Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification
– Registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
– Experience working in a veterinary practice setting
– Strong communication skills with both colleagues and pet owners
– Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
– Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
