Lead Veterinary Surgeon | Borehamwood | Allowances Available

Our client – a small animal practice in Borehamwood – is looking for a Lead Vet to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

Joining this professional and personable team in the practice, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathise, while offering the gold-standard of care to your clients and patients.

As well as your day to day duties within practice caring for your patients and clients, you will play a key role in leading and managing the team. You will have the drive and ambition to develop the practice client base, ensuring high standards of care are always delivered.

Skills and Experience

• The ideal candidate will have at least five years clinical experience, will be confident in surgery as well as medicine, and will be willing to lead by example while providing the support and guidance necessary to the other 2 vets in the practice
• As qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team
