Lead Veterinary Surgeon | Accommodation & Vehicle Allowances

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in Essex as Lead Vet.

The practice is excellently equipped with, digital x-rays, ultrasound, dental machine, separate theatres, isolation room, staff room and much more!

The ideal candidate will have management experience, will be a strong communicator and will have the ability to get the best out of people. They will have an interest in the financial performance of the clinic as well as the clinical performance and will be supported in these by the management team.

The Role

• Lead Veterinary Surgeon – full-time permanent position
• 4 days a week plus 1 in 6 full weekends and participate in the bank holiday rota (avg. 2 a year) and on-call rota (2 weeks a year)

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive salary dependent on experience
• £10,200 accommodation allowance per annum
• Vehicle or £2,500 vehicle allowance per annum
• £1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave per annum
• VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid
• 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays per annum
