Head Registered Veterinary Nurse | Southwest London

Our client is seeking a Head Nurse to join their excellent team at a small animal practice in Southwest London.

In this role you will assist with financial and operational performance of your practice as well as the overall team performance and engagement.

As a Head Nurse and Clinical Coach, you will develop and support your direct reports, holding one to ones and providing regular feedback on their performance, as well as taking action to create a positive environment that results in stable retention for your branch.

You’ll work closely with the Lead Vet to ensure the general smooth running of your practice, from Practice Standards to Health & Safety, and ensure things such as debt is managed and controlled, and any complaints are dealt with appropriately.

The Role

• Head Veterinary Nurse – full time permanent position
• 4-day week
• Hours – 08:30-18:00 and 10:00-19:00
• 1:6 weekends

Salary and Benefits

• £32,500 per annum plus £2000 London weighting allowance
• £750 CPD allowance with 2-days CPD leave and in-house CPD available
