Full-Time Veterinary Surgeon ║ Cardiff

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vet Surgeon to join a rapidly expanding team based in Cardiff.

The role can be flexible – including both hospital and branch work, or a mix of weekday and weekends. Our client is happy to find your ideal combination of clinical work and rota pattern.

Standard branch facilities include digital x-ray and dental x-ray, blood analysers, ultrasound, and access to shared radiosurgery units.

The hospital site boasts a CT scanner, advanced ultrasonography equipment, endo-surgery facilities, extensive blood analysis equipment, dedicated orthopaedic, soft tissue, and exotic theatres, as well as a dedicated dental suite.

Salary and Benefits

• £35-65k Salary – dependant on experience/role
• Up to 6.6 weeks holiday, inclusive of Bank holidays – options to buy and sell
• Sick pay of 2 weeks full pay and 2 weeks half pay
• 5 days CPD, with a budget of £1750
• VDS and RCVS

We are looking for a good all-round GP Veterinary surgeon, and you will be covering all routine first opinion small animal work with consults and ops where required. You must be able to cover the basic surgeries.
