Registered Veterinary Nurse | Abingdon

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and professional RVN to join our client’s multi-site in Oxfordshire. The practice is extremely well equipped providing advanced orthopaedic and keyhole surgery.

The ideal candidate will be caring, strong, pay attention to detail and have great communication skills. A strong level of general nursing is required and above all else, you will be passionate and dedicated to providing an outstanding service for clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Preparing animals for surgery and supporting in surgery
• Administration of drugs, anaesthetic and injections
• Nurse clinics
• X-rays
• Inpatient care
• Cleaning

The Role

• Full-time permanent position
• 40 hours a week
• 1 in 3 and weekends
• No OOH
