ECC Night Veterinary Surgeon – Somerset

We are looking for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s night team in Somerset.

About the Practice

The practice offers emergency and OOH services to member local veterinary practices for nights, weekends and bank holidays and is based in the RCVS accredited Veterinary Hospital.

They see a good variety of small animal cases including exotics and wildlife.  They want colleagues to pursue their interests and so certificates and CPD are encouraged and funded.

About The Role

You must be able to work in sole charge and confident with emergency procedures and surgeries. You will work with a night nurse; the phones will be managed until 11pm by a dedicated phone service (answered by vets remotely) to give you dedicated time for inpatient care and consults as needed.

A Part time or full-time position is available on a flexible rota.
