Deputy Head Nurse | Buckinghamshire

We have an exciting opportunity at a small animal practice in Aylesbury for an ambitious RVN to join a small, friendly team as a Deputy Head Nurse.

You will be joining an existing team of 7 vets and 9 Nurses (including brilliant students) as well as a fantastic client care team, all dedicated to providing outstanding healthcare with low stress methods.

Ideally you will be a clinical coach already or have the willingness to become one.

We’re looking for a forward thinking and enthusiastic RVN with good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, with a genuine interest in animal welfare. Ideally the successful applicant will be a nurse training assessor or happy to undertake the relevant training.

The Role

• Deputy Head Nurse – full-time position
• 40 hours per week
• No OOH or overnight in patient checks
