Our client is seeking a permanent Clinical Director for their small-animal practice in Salisbury.

Our client has recently undergone structural staffing changes, with their previous owner/partner leaving after 16 years at the practice.

Within this Clinical Director role, you would be working to lead the practice & team forward towards positivity, growth, and to help forge a new path into modern veterinary practice, leading the clinical team.

The Practice

The surgery is located in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

This busy practice has been recently refurbished, and has facilities for surgical procedures, dental, digital x-ray, ultrasound, with some in house lab testing facilities.

With over 16 years in practice, our client has an excellent reputation, with a large, loyal, and long-standing client base. As Clinical Director, you would have an opportunity to drive these relationships forward.

The practice is situated close to a supermarket and a 24 hour gym and is based in the beautiful historic city of Salisbury surrounded by stunning countryside. The New Forest is on the doorstep, London is just over an hour away by train, and the coast is just a 30 minute drive south.

Role Accountabilities

The practice is searching for a Clinical Director either with pre-existing leadership experience, or someone who is looking to move into leading a team within a growing and dynamic business.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a clinical team. Ideally you will have been qualified for a minimum of 5 years, have UK experience, and be fluent in English.

You will be comfortable with consulting, sole charge and general surgery, as well as confident to share your vision and ideas.
