Clinical Director – Retford

An exciting opportunity has come up to take on the role of Clinical Director at a well-established small animal practice in Lincolnshire. We’re looking for a progressive leader looking to drive our client’s practice forward and build on it’s solid reputation.

This role would suit an experienced all-round candidate, previous managerial work would not be essential. Responsibilities would include:

• clinical work,
• management and support of staff,
• business strategy,
• planning and budgeting.

Rota

• full-time role, 40 hours per week
• 2 in 5 Saturdays (08.30-13.00).
• There are no OOH
• inpatient care is shared amongst the full-time staff.
• salary range of £55,000 to £70,000 commensurate with experience
