Clinical Director | Relocation Package Available

We have a unique opportunity for a veterinary surgeon to join a fantastic team as a clinical director across two practices in Norfolk.

You would be responsible for directing the practices and their staff in providing the very best care to clients and pets. You’ll also have an engaged interest in the running of the practice and be rewarded for its success.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced vet with a client-oriented approach and good communication skills, someone able to work to a high standard both medically and surgically with the drive and ambition to help develop these practices beyond what has already been achieved.

Team management experienced would be beneficial as you will need to be able to support, develop and lead teams but leadership training is available.

The Role

• Clinical Director – full-time permanent role
• 39 hours a week over 4 days
• 1 in 6 weekends (flexible)
• Occasionally sole charge

Salary and Benefits

• Salary package of up to £70,000 PA
• Relocation package of up to £2000
