Clinical Director – Edinburgh

We are looking for someone to become the Clinical Director of our client’s team based in Edinburgh. They are a 3-site practice with a 24-hour hospital based in the south side of Edinburgh, treating small animal patients.

Responsibilities

You will co-manage a team of 65 members of staff (including 18 Vets) alongside another CD and practice manager. Your responsibilities will include:

• Clinical duties
• Management, coaching and support of colleagues
• Business strategy
• Financial planning and budgeting

You will need excellent all-round clinical capabilities as well as enthusiasm and energy to drive the business forward.

Rota

• A salary of  £60,000- £75,000, dependent on experience
• 4 day week, full time
