Clinical Director ║ Colchester ║ Relocation Allowance

Our client – a small animal based in Colchester – Essex, are looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as Clinical Director.

Your main duties will include working alongside a practice manager to provide leadership to the team and ensuring excellent client and patient care, alongside recruitment, organising the vet rota and managing the running of the business.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be an experienced vet that is confident with surgeries, emergencies, and sole charge. It would be great to have some leadership experience, but this is not essential, as long as you are an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills.

The Role

• Clinical Director – full-time permanent position
• The full time hours for this role are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 6.30pm, and 9am – 12pm on Saturdays, however, the part time application will be considered too
• There is no OOH requirement

Salary and Benefits

• The salary for this role is up to £75,000 DOE
