Head Veterinary Nurse – Clinical Coach

We are seeking a Head Veterinary Nurse to join a beautiful practice in Middlesex. You will join a great team made up of 1 Lead Vet, 1 Graduate Vet, 2 Patient Care Assistants and 1 Client Care Assistant.

In this role you will assist with financial and operational performance of your practice as well as the overall team performance and engagement.

As a Head Nurse and Clinical Coach, you will develop and support your direct reports, holding one to ones and providing regular feedback on their performance, as well as taking action to create a positive environment that results in stable retention for your branch.

The Role

• Full-time permanent position
• Hours 40 per week  over 4 days with 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends
• Fair share of bank holiday cover with time back in lieu
• Minimal on-call duties to support the dedicated night team, if required

Salary and Benefits

• Starting salary £32,500 per annum
• £750 CPD allowance with 2-days CPD leave and in-house CPD available
