Lead RVN- Portsmouth (SH-23099)

We are seeking a lead RVN to join our client’s  independent group in Portsmouth.

• Hours: full-time (40 hours per week)
• Salary: £29000 – £31000 dependent on experience

This is a role with both clinical and non-clinical expectations. The Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse will uphold the clinical standards and work to the code of conduct for veterinary nurses. They will work alongside the Group Nursing Manager and Clinical Directors to be responsible for nursing services and clinical nursing care, supporting and coaching veterinary nurses and students and ensuring high standards of the practice and facilities are maintained. All leaders are expected to facilitate a positive working environment through having an approachable, cheerful, inclusive attitude that encourages communication and participation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years + UK experience.

We are looking for an RVN who is passionate about the job and can fit in with the team. Someone who will go the extra mile to provide a professional and personal service to each client and treat every patient with kindness, compassion, and respect.
