RVN – Wolverhapton

We are working with a lovely independent practice in Wolverhampton who are expanding and have an opportunity for a nurse to join the team. As part of their nursing team, you will be responsible for the treatment, care and wellbeing of their patients. You will be a great team player, practice good time – management and be willing to help drive the practice forward.

About the role:

• Salary is DOE
• Part time or full time, 16 – 40 hours per week
• Rota schedule between 9am and 6pm.
• 1:3 Saturday rota 9 – 12 only
• In-practice training and CPD supported and encouraged

We are looking for a hard- working, motivated, reliable Registered Veterinary Nurse to:

✅Conduct Nurse Clinics

✅Perform emergency triage appointments

✅Care for their hospitalised patients

✅Prepare and monitor our surgical patients

✅Barrier nursing for isolated patients

✅Anaesthetic monitoring

✅Perform and assist in x-rays

✅Communicate with owners face to face and by phone

✅Blood sampling and In house Idexx machines

✅Maintain high standard of health and safety for team members and clients

✅No Out of hours or On call
