We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s friendly team near Lytham. You will be joining a talented team of 11 Veterinary Surgeons, supported by an extensive team of Registered Veterinary Nurses and Animal Nursing Assistants.

  • Full or Part time role
  • A salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience

About The Role

You will see a great mix of both routine, medical and surgical cases to enable a productive case-load. There is complete flexibility with the hours for this position. However, a typical full time role would be between 35 to 40 hours per week, including Saturday working on a maximum of a 1 in 4 rota basis. Your weekday working week would be split over 4, set days and would be between the hours of 8.30am and 6.15pm.

Initially, the role entails sole charge working however team growth is anticipated to allow for an expansion of services.

About The Practice

Our client is a multisite practice situated across Lancashire. They have 6 operating branches in addition to the main RCVS Tier 3 accredited hospital.

One of their hospitals is well equipped with a CT scanner, advanced ultrasound, endoscopy, digital X-ray, dental radiography, and multiple surgical suites, as well as an onsite hydrotherapy & rehabilitation centre. The area has great transport links and is within 1 hour of Manchester and Liverpool airport and you can be in London within 2hrs on the train.
