Veterinary Surgeon – Nottingham

Working within our client’s purpose-built 1st opinion practice on small animal caseloads covering routine procedures including a mix of preventative, medical and surgical cases as well as some exotic cases with small furries.

There will be sole charge work at this practice, so you will need to be confident in making decisions. You will have autonomy for your cases plus the full support of our client’s hospital facilities and expert knowledge from the first opinion day and night teams and the referral services.

You will be working up to 30 hours per week over 3 days. However part time/ job share can also be considered. 1:4 Saturday mornings at a local practice & 1:8 Sundays at the hospital – with time off in lieu the next week

About The Practice

All of our client’s practices are RCVS approved. The practice is well equipped with lab facilities, digital x-ray, ultrasound, theatre suite and three consulting rooms. Their main hospital provides out of hours care and hospitalisation facilities which also includes CT scanner, MRI, Advanced Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Digital X-ray, Dental radiography, and multiple surgical suites. Also, they have an onsite hydrotherapy & rehabilitation centre and benefits from a multi-disciplinary specialist led referral service.
