Veterinary Surgeon – Birmingham

We are looking for a Vet surgeon to join our client’s team near Birmingham on a permanent basis.

• Part Time Role
• 1:3 Saturdays
• Guaranteed day off each week
• Competitive salary starting at 40k and increasing depending on experience

About The Role

This role is Part Time Role including 1 in 3 Saturdays. You’re guaranteed either a Tuesday or a Thursday off each week and your weekly hours will be reduced when you work the Saturday. Consults are a standard 20 minutes long, along with first vaccines whilst rechecks and boosters are 10 minutes.

You’ll have good general surgical and medical skills and be confident in all routine surgeries as well as being comfortable with sole charge at times.

About The Practice

Our client’s are a Practice Standard Scheme Accredited, and ISFM Silver Cat Friendly practice, situated just 6.5 miles from Birmingham City Centre. The team now consists of 4 Client Care Advisors, 1 Practice Administrator, 1 part time RVN, 3 long-term locum RVNs and 2 Veterinary Care Assistants.
