We are looking for a veterinary surgeon to join our client’s team. The practice is located in Nottingham.

  • Part time role
  • Full time may be considered
  • No on call or out of hours
  • Competitive salary of £38,000 – £75,000, dependent on experience

About The Role

This role is ideally for a part time vet, however if you are looking for full time this can also be considered, especially if you are looking to build on your experience within the industry. This role will include 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am – 5:30pm with time off in lieu. There is no on call or OOH meaning that when you finish work you can really switch off!

If you are newly graduated, the team will offer you support and you can join their award-winning graduate programme.

About The Practice

The practice is locally and independently run. The modern, well-equipped practice is ISFM Cat Friendly, RCVS PSS and Rabbit Welfare Association accredited and purpose built to industry leading standards. Our client’s practice is very well equipped including a digital and dental x-ray, ECG, Idexx in-house lab, capnography and Doppler ultrasound.

Additionally, the practice keeps a lot of interesting stuff in-house including ultrasound-guided sampling, TECA-BO and other more advanced soft tissue surgeries, basic orthopaedics and cardiology work-ups. Our client has a supportive team of 3 other Vets, 6 RVNs, 2 VCAs and 4 Receptionists.
