We are looking for a veterinary surgeon to join our client’s team. The practice is located in Sheffield.

  • Full time role
  • No out of hours
  • Competitive salary up to £65K, dependent on experience

About The Role

This is a full time position 40 hours per week, no on calls or OOH and with weekends on a rota but only Saturdays until 1:30pm.

You will be a dynamic and proactive Veterinary Surgeon with solid medical and surgical skills. Key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the role, delivering excellent patient and client care. You will be a strong team player and enjoy the variety the role will bring. You will also be required to mentor the new graduate who has recently joined the team.

About The Practice

You will have full clinical freedom and be joining our client’s dedicated team of 3 RVN’s, 1 SVN and 2 VCA’s and 1 client care advisor. They additionally have 1 new graduate Veterinary Surgeon and 2 Part-time Veterinary Surgeons who make up the team.

Our client’s well-equipped surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and you’ll get use of surgery equipment including ultrasound, digital x-ray, in-house lab. They see an even split of dogs and cats and 10% of our cases are exotics.
