We are looking for an experienced registered veterinary nurse to join our client’s team as their Head Veterinary Nurse. The practice is located in Doncaster.

  • 1 Saturday in 4
  • Enjoy coaching and mentoring student nurses

About The Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills to their full potential including theatre work and nurse consults.

You will help with the daily running of the practice to ensure a high standard care for Patients and Clients. Nurses are the heart of our client’s practice and perform an integral clinical role in caring for their patients.

You must be comfortable with leading by example, has great communication and organisation skills and takes pride in working to a high standard.

You will have an interest in and want to learn about the practice as a business as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals.

Ideally you will have experience of and enjoy coaching and mentoring student nurses.

Rota: 1 Saturday in 4 with no OOH cover or Sunday work. Bank holidays on a rota basis so everyone works and is fair.

About The Practice

Our client has recently extended through to next door so they have a lovely big practice with its own dental suit and xray, all the usual in house goodies ( normal xray, ultrasound, ECG etc), 5 consult rooms and 2 prep areas.

They are Practice standards and also a training practice for student nurses.
