We are looking for a registered veterinary nurse to join our client’s team. The practice is located near Chippenham.

  • Full Time role
  • No OOHs or on-call duties
  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience

About The Role

Your responsibilities involve First opinion nurse duties. This includes; monitoring anaesthetics, inpatient care, nurse consults, ordering, assisting with procedures. Our client has visiting orthopaedic and ultrasonography specialists so there is opportunity to assist with these cases.

They pride ourselves on being able to offer a healthy work life balance, with flexible hours and shift pattern to suit the successful candidate.

There will be no OOHs or on-call duties, a Saturday rota will be included that is shared between the team.

Our client is looking for somebody who has excellent communication skills, who is keen to deliver clinical excellence. A clinical coach/supervisor would be advantageous, but this is not a necessity.

Our client’s modern surgery has state on the art equipment, including digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, VGels and Multiparameters. Their excellent facilities allow their clinical team to deliver veterinary care with a dedicated focus on high clinical standards.

They have a team of talented Client Care Advisors to support the client journey, freeing up the Nurses to carry out their roles effectively and enabling you to lead and manage nurse clinics and perform schedule 3 procedures.
