Registered Veterinary Nurse – Chippenham

We have an excellent opportunity for a registered veterinary nurse to join a busy 10 vet, 13 nurse vet practice located in Chippenham.

• Part time role
• 17 hours per week
• 1:8 full weekends with a day back in lieu
• Salary in the range of £20,000-£25,000  depending on experience, pro rata

About The Role

Our client is looking for a part time RVN to work 17 hours per week over 2 days. Your working days will be Mondays and Wednesdays 8:30-5:30 but there will be times when you may be required to swap your Wednesday for a Tuesday but you will be given prior notice of this.

You will be required to work 1 weekend in 8 with 1 day back in lieu for you to book as you please and there will be no overnight on call.

About The Practice

They are a RCVS accredited practice based in Chippenham, North Wiltshire. They have been established 60 years and are a busy, supportive practice with ISFM and RWAF Silver status. The team consists of 10 Vets (8 full time equivalent) and 13 Nurses (11 full time equivalent).

Their Nurses are encouraged to work within the full scope of their qualification and further training in areas of interest including Schedule 3 procedures is encouraged. Additionally, they have their own Nurse Consult Room, and Nurse Consults are an area they are expanding and developing.
