Head Nurse – Cheshire

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual with proven management and leadership skills to join our client’s team within Cheshire.

The ideal candidate will be a conscientious, dedicated and caring Registered Veterinary Nurse. They will collaborate with other senior leaders in the practice to manage, develop and support the nursing team within our client’s largest first opinion branch.

About The Role

This role is ideally full time (at least 4 working days per week) but flexible working options will be considered.

Remuneration is £34,000 + per annum pro rata, depending on experience.

A typical candidate should have:

• RVN status
• Proven leadership skills, preferably with experience of managing people.
• Ability to mentor, coach and develop others
• Confidence in decision making and comfortable working closely with another in the same role
