Veterinary Surgeon ║ Peterborough

We are currently recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join an excellent team at a veterinary clinic based in Peterborough. This is a busy small animal practice with a great, dedicated client base and interesting, varied caseload.

The Role

• Veterinary Surgeon – full or part-time permanent position
• Full-time hours are 40.5 per week on average, working either a 4- or 5-day week, and 1:4 weekends
• Shift patterns are between the hours of 8.00am and 7.00pm
• There is no on-call and no OOH work

Salary and Benefits

• Salary up to £70,000 dependant on experience
• 6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays
• A minimum of £1,750 and a 5-day CPD allowance – more funding is available for relevant qualifications
• RCVS fees and one other professional membership fees covered

We are looking for a good all-round GP Veterinary surgeon, and you will be covering all routine first opinion small animal work with consults and ops where required. You must be able to cover the basic surgeries.
