Veterinary Surgeon – Part-Time – Cowbridge

We are looking for a veterinary surgeon with 2 or more years’ experience in small animal practice to join a well-established practice in Cowbridge – South Wales.

The ideal candidate will be confident with routine surgery and medicine, assured in their communication, comfortable working as part of a regional team as well as the practice team and happy with occasional sole charge responsibilities.

The Role

• Veterinary Surgeon – part-time permanent position
• 2- or 3-day working week (18-24 hours per week)
• For part-time roles, negotiable weekend and OOH duties supporting the dedicated night team
• Some sole charge responsibilities
• There would be an option to discuss full-time roles if this would be preferable

Salary and Benefits

• Salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience and working pattern
• Part-time positions are calculated depending on hours
• 5 weeks’ annual leave
• £1,500 CPD Allowance plus 3 days CPD leave
• RCVS, BVA and VDS fees paid
