Veterinary Surgeon | Hertfordshire

We are looking for a Vet Surgeon to join a privately owned, first opinion, almost exclusively small animal practice. They are expanding and moving sites to what is effectively a purpose-built practice, that will offer four consult rooms, three operating theatres and separate dog and cat facilities, working towards cat and dog friendly premises.

The Role

• Vet Surgeon – full-time permanent position
• The working week is 37.5 hours (working towards a 4-day week)
• 1:4 Saturday mornings
• Minimal OOHs to include one day a week and 1:4 weekends on call

You will be joining a team of two VS – working towards four RVN’s and two PCA’s.

We are looking for a good all-round GP Veterinary surgeon, and you will be covering all routine first opinion small animal work with consults and ops where required. You must be able to cover the basic surgeries.
