Veterinary Surgeon – Guernsey

We are looking for a veterinary surgeon to join our client’s team based in Guernsey.

About The Role 

The role will be full time, working 45 hours a week including an hours’ lunch break.  Out of hours is shared across the team and phones are answered by the nurses. The practice is fast paced, so our client would be happy to consider a second-year graduate or a “consult” only vet for the role, if that is your preference.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have solid prior experience as a veterinary surgeon and be passionate about providing excellent care.

About The Practice

Our client’s practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including a high-end ultrasound, CT scanner, facilities for fluoroscopy and endoscopy.

As a member of their team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a group of highly skilled and specialized veterinarians. Their team includes advanced practitioners, in areas such as orthopaedics, neurology, internal medicine, imaging, cardiology, dermatology and ophthalmology.

Furthermore, their pet wellbeing centre 20 minutes away from their practice, which offers physiotherapy and hydrotherapy services to our patients. This provides an additional avenue for comprehensive care ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
