Veterinary Surgeon ║ Full and Part-Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a fantastic team at a small animal practice based on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, within 30-45 minutes of Leeds by train, and 30 minutes from Leeds Bradford International Airport.

You’ll join a team of 14 Vets and 20 RVNs, with the opportunity to grow your knowledge as you work alongside many skilled and supportive certificate holders.

The Role

• Veterinary Surgeon – full and part-time permanent position
• Flexible working with a range of options, from a full-time 40hr week to part-time hours
• Negotiable OOH work

Salary and Benefits

• £36,000 – £50,000 (plus advanced scale for certificate holders), dependant on experience
• 6 weeks annual leave, including Bank holidays
• 4 weeks sickness benefit — awarded after qualifying period

• Professional fees paid, including BSAVA membership
• 5 days CPD with a £1750 allowance

We are looking for a good all-round GP Veterinary surgeon, and you will be covering all routine first opinion small animal work with consults and ops where required. You must be able to cover the basic surgeries.
