Our client are looking for an accomplished Practice Manager to join their amazing team.

This position would be perfect for a candidate who has experience in a management position, and who is dedicated to putting pet care at the heart of everything they do. The role would include working with the Clinical Director to provide leadership and support for the practice team. You will also take the lead to advance the practice, achieving the best outcomes for the practice and their clients and their pets.

There is a team of 7 vets, 7 RVNs, 2 VCAs, 7 receptionists and 1 administrator. They are a team that like to support each other in their roles to ensure everyone’s day runs as smoothly as possible. The new Practice Manager will be there to ensure they can motivate and inspire the team to continue to be great.

The candidate will preferably have worked in a managerial role previously. A qualification relating to business management will be advantageous. Skills in people management, customer and client care, payroll, HR and managing P&L.

You will be a positive, motivated person with a can-do attitude. Someone who is computer literate and likes to problem-solve.
