Temporary Veterinary Nurse – Cleveland

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly and supportive team on a temporary contract with the possibility to become permanent.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours over a four day period (days to be confirmed at interview) and includes a 1 in 5 Saturday morning in these hours. There are no out of hours.

The clinic is well equipped for medical and surgical care of patients, treating a varied case load of small animals, cats, dogs and small mammals.

Experience is essential as they are passionate about nurse consultations and a keen interest in more specialised nursing clinics would be supported.

The role also involves a variety of first opinion work including, monitoring anaesthetics, assisting with radiography and ultrasound, laboratory work, assisting the vets with consultation work and occasional admin and reception cover.

Salary up to £29,000 depending on experience.
