Our client is a small animal practice based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. They are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their welcoming and supportive team.

This is a relatively small practice and like to maintain continuity of care, so the role would suit someone who enjoys getting to know the clients, working as part of a positive team and enjoys a variety of work each day.

The role includes typical general practice duties, including theatre, assisting with procedures, radiography, general nursing care, nurse consults, dispensary, and some admin duties.

We are looking for a qualified nurse and experience is a plus, but new graduates and soon to be graduates are also welcome to apply.

The Role

  • Registered Veterinary Nurse – full or part-time permanent position
  • Whether you are looking to flex your rota hours to balance the school holidays, fix to navigate the school runs or just looking to strike that balance between home and work life, they can offer flexibility that actually works for you
  • Shifts are usually a mix of early shifts 8.30am-4.30pm and late shifts 11am-7pm
  • Weekends consist of Saturday mornings on a rota basis with time off in lieu and no on call
