Permanent Veterinary Surgeon Needed in Charity Practice Portsmouth (SN/15339)

Our client is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join us at our fantastic, forward-thinking and recently refurbished Pet Hospital in Portsmouth.

This is a full-time position, but with a 4-day working week, two of which are short days, there is plenty of time for the important things in life. Some of our shifts can be done remotely, and when working from home you can organise your day to suit you. Switching off after work to fully recharge is so important, so they are happy to say that they have no on call commitments.

Your personal and professional development is extremely important, and our clients understand that it’s critical to nurture talent. Their current focus on treating sick and injured pets means that there has never been a better time for you to get hands on experience with all those conditions you learnt about at college but thought you’d never see – and their high and very varied surgical caseload means that gone are the days when your board is full of neuters and dentals!

Your safety is our priority in these challenging times and be reassured that our client is doing all they can to protect colleagues and clients. There are comprehensive safe ways of working in place across all of their hospitals with all the guidance, support and equipment you need to do your job safely and successfully.
