Permanent Vet – South East London – £70k

Would you like to be part of a dynamic, enthusiastic and caring veterinary team in the heart of London? They are a small animal practice which has expanded rapidly in recent years and are now looking for a Senior Vet or Clinical Lead to join the friendly team.

About the practice:
The practice is based in a central location, has free parking and is within walking distance of London Bridge train station and numerous good transport links.
The surgery is spacious, air conditioned and purpose built to industry leading standards and has a full range of modern equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, in house laboratory, blood pressure monitoring, full range of cat, dog and rabbit dental equipment, tonometry, cautery and suction.
They strive to work to the highest standards, recognising the contribution of each member of the team and encourage and support special interests.
There is a diverse case load providing many opportunities for further development of the practice and have previously been nominated for both Practice of the Year and Vet of the Year in the Petplan Veterinary Awards.

About you and the role:
You will be Vet with minimum 3 years experience and be confident in routine surgery.
You will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about the role and keen to develop your skills, enjoy your job and want to be around colleagues who feel the same way.
By joining them you will be part of a practice dedicated to providing a superb standard of client and animal care within a friendly and supportive team. The team consists of 4.5 vets, 2 RVN’s, 3 SVN’s, 2 VCA’s and 5 CCA’s.
This role is full time with a weekend rota of 1 in 3. With no OOHs responsibility, this role ensures an excellent work/life balance!
