Locum Vet ASAP Ongoing – Derbyshire

Locum vet surgeon required at a well-equipped small animal practice in Derby, but will include sole charge.

The role is an immediate start, ideally ongoing until they fill the permanent post.

You will be joining a fully equipped practice with all the latest equipment and technology, therefore the practice are able to deal with most caseloads.

The facilities include three operating theatres x-ray in-house laboratory (meaning results will be turned around in minutes rather than days), blood pressure monitor and an isolation unit to monitor in patients.

• 4 days per week
• No OOH
• No weekends
• Hours between 8am and 7pm
• Mixture of surgery and consults – first opinion work & must be surgically capable
• Accommodation available

We are looking for a good all-round GP Veterinary Surgeon, and you will be covering all routine first opinion small animal work with consults and ops where required. You must be able to cover the basic surgeries.
