We are looking for a head veterinary nurse to join our client’s team based in Sudbury, Suffolk.

  • Full time role
  • Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience

About The Role 

The Head Nurse will be also responsible for training and development of the nursing team, overseeing apprentices and ensuring that student nurses have clinical coaches. The role involves overseeing our client’s reception team to encourage smooth working between support and clinical staff.

The rota will include working 40 hours per week over 4 days Monday to Friday. The hours will be between 8:30am-6:30pm. Additionally, there will be 1 in 6 Saturdays involved and no out of hours.

About The Practice

Our client’s fantastic surgery is located in Sudbury, and you can see the attractive Suffolk landscape from the practice. They have easy access by train to both London and Cambridge. Also, they have all the usual equipment including x-rays, dental x-rays, ultrasound, ECG, TPLO and other basic orthopaedic kits.
